The Garden of Era Luxury Picnic’s

Service

Everything will be set up for you and your party upon arrival at your chosen location. Once you arrive at your reserved time, we will depart from your picnic’s set up location and then return for cleanup at purchased timespan.

Please be advised that you are responsible for all picnic items until return for clean up at arranged time.

Payment Policy

To secure your picnic’s date and time we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Parties larger than 6 requires a %50 deposit. Remaining balances will be due 24 hours prior to your picnic set up time. Feel free to pay in one installment if preferred.

We only accept Venmo and Zelle for payment options.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior arranged picnic setup date and time is prohibited. Your non-refundable deposit can be used as credit to reschedule your picnic. Once your picnic is set up at your location we cannot cancel or reschedule and your full deposit will not be refunded.

Weather Policy

Unfortunately the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. We will notify you of any cancelations due to the weather and will work with you to the best of our abilities for rescheduling. If you cannot reschedule in regards to the weather we will refund you.

Tardy Policy

Please be aware that your picnics strictly starts and ends at arranged scheduled times whether you are on time or not.

Beverage Policy

Consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden at our picnic sessions. We abide by state and local guidelines. Any alcohol related incidents will be the sole responsibility of the client. You are liable for any damaged or missing products, a percentage surcharge will be applied.
